Mission statement of FACT INDEPTH

The Fact Indepth has been created as a legal entity with its incorporation “To provide consultancy services to government organizations, corporate organizations, and national and international development agencies in planning, Research and management on issues of social as well market researches, capacity building, Imparting Survey’s and sectoral reform studies. We conduct issue based capacity building trainings, workshops, policy research, need assessments, vulnerability assessments, impact assessments and all. We achieve all such objectives of our organization by a nationwide network of Fact Indepth and a close knitted pool of human resources associated with us.

Our Policy

FACT INDEPTH has Committees and Core Team consisting of external consultants as well as members from the organization. There is a Core Team of Consultants of international repute who assists the organization in project implementation activities.

The organization has personnel policy that elaborates on rules and norms related to leaves, TA and DA, salary structure, Career Plan of the employees, Capacity Building of employees and so on. Fact Indepth has Committees and Core Team consisting of external consultants as well as members from the organization. These Committees review the progress of the organization and assist the Director in taking important decisions. Purchase Committee, Disciplinary and Ethics Committee, Vehicle Maintenance Committee, Project Review Committee etc are functional. There is a Core Team of Consultants of international repute who assists the organization in project implementation activities.

FACT INDEPTH controls a team strength of over 150 members, which include Senior Management, Project Managers, Analysts, CATI Interviewers, Data Processing & Survey Programming team and contractual interviewers spread across India.

Our primary executive locations is in Lucknow & associates offices are in the 4 metropolitan cities across the 4 zones i.e. New Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai and Kolkata.

However with local teams based across 30 cities in India, FACT INDEPTH has pan India coverage for Face to Face interviews and qualitative research.
